TakaFansubs was founded in December 2008 specifically to fansub Naruto Shippuden, later branching into other series. AniDB records the group as a later-generation fansubber, not an early-2000s pioneer. Taka therefore belongs to the Naruto Shippuden era of weekly H.264/HD fansubbing and should not be attached to shows such as the original Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex broadcast or the early InuYasha digital scene.
