A tiny, blue-skinned imp with a colossal Napoleon complex and a massive castle fortress. Operating alongside his loyal henchmen Mai and Shu, Pilaf is early Dragon Ball's premier comedic mastermind, obsessed with using the Seven Dragon Balls to wish for total world domination. Despite his endless supply of high-tech battle mechs and subterranean traps, his grand plans are consistently ruined by his own short temper and sheer bad luck.
