CHI-CHI

The fierce, helmet-wearing daughter of the Ox-King who rides a flying blade cutter and fires laser beams from her headpiece when frightened. Meeting Goku as a child, she falls for his fearless nature after he accidentally kicks her, tricking the clueless monkey boy into promising to "take her as a bride" when they grow up. She grows into a formidable martial artist in her own right, returning years later to enforce that childhood promise at the 23rd World Tournament.
