MAKI MATSUMOTO

The owner of the Twin Bells gift shop and one of the television anime's original supporting characters. Sakura meets Maki while she is trying to rebuild her life after a run of misfortune, only for the shop's plush toys to begin vanishing because the Jump Card has hidden among the merchandise. After Sakura solves the problem, Maki becomes a friendly recurring face around Tomoeda and Twin Bells turns into one of the children's regular stops. She is a good example of the anime expanding Sakura's neighborhood with people who can recur without needing to know anything about the magical war happening around them.
