"Radical Good Speed!" Straight Cougar is quite possibly the coolest character in the entire show. He talks fast, reads books incredibly fast, and uses his Alter to turn his vehicles (and his own legs) into impossibly high-speed weapons. Though he works for the oppressive HOLY organization, his personal code and completely eccentric, free-spirited nature make him a bizarre mentor figure to both Kazuma and Ryuho. He brings an infectious, undeniable swagger to the wasteland.

Straight Cougar single-handedly held off a massive mainland military assault force to buy time for Kazuma and Ryuho to reach Mujo's citadel.
The Breakdown
Pushing his Radical Good Speed past human physical limits, Cougar blitzed through dozens of armored tanks and Alter squads. He neutralized the entire vanguard before succumbing to internal organ failure caused by over-using his Alter.

Straight Cougar intercept Kazuma on the highway using his Radical Good Speed Alter, converting his car into a high-velocity armored land-craft.
The Breakdown
Cougar executed blinding supersonic passes along canyon walls. Kazuma timed Cougar's trajectory, burning all three Shell Bullet fins to strike Cougar's chassis mid-flight, earning Cougar's respect before Cougar disengaged.
