MINORU KAMIYA SPOILER!
MK
A human physician turned psychic, Kamiya becomes the Doctor within Sensui's group and uses his Territory to turn medical precision into horror. He can slice flesh with invisible aura scalpels, manipulate his own body, ignore pain and create a supernatural virus that spreads through the hospital where Yusuke confronts him. Doctor's ideology is as disturbing as the ability: he knows opening Demon World may kill him along with everyone else and welcomes the possibility because he despises humanity enough to prefer that ending. Yusuke is pushed toward the possibility of killing a human opponent, something Spirit Detective work has rarely demanded from him. Kamiya survives the conflict and later uses his medical abilities outside Sensui's plan, but the hospital battle remains one of the clearest examples of Chapter Black turning ordinary human talents into supernatural threats.
MINORU THROUGH THE ARCHIVE //
CHAPTER BLACK WATCH GUIDE //
Open page →Minoru Kamiya turns a hospital into a Territory filled with invisible scalpels, viruses and hostages. Yusuke can beat him physically. The harder problem is that Doctor is human and has made himself the source of a crisis that may continue as long as he remains inside his Territory.
Yusuke is pushed toward a decision his demon cases rarely required. He may have to kill a human to save everyone else. Instead he blasts Doctor outside the Territory and knocks him unconscious.

Why it matters
Sensui's arc keeps asking Yusuke whether "human" deserves automatic moral protection. Yusuke's answer is messy because people are messy, which is exactly what Sensui can no longer tolerate.
YU YU HAKUSHO COMBAT LEDGER //
Open page →Doctor's hospital Territory makes the fight dangerous before Yusuke ever reaches him. Viruses are spreading, civilians are everywhere and invisible aura scalpels let Kamiya weaponize medical precision.
The Breakdown
The real restriction is moral. Yusuke has to stop a human whose Territory may keep killing people if he remains inside it. He eventually blasts Doctor beyond the Territory's boundary and knocks him unconscious instead of executing him. The solution is tactical, but the fight matters because Yusuke had to decide what being Spirit Detective means when the monster in front of him is human.
