TEMARI

Temari is one of the Hidden Sand's strongest Wind Style users and, by Shippuden, an experienced kunoichi trusted with both combat and diplomatic work. Her enormous iron fan can create slicing gusts powerful enough to clear a battlefield, but she is just as recognizable for her blunt judgment and complete lack of patience for nonsense. Temari frequently represents the Sand in dealings with the Leaf, giving her a front-row view of how quickly the two villages move from former enemies to genuine allies. Her connection with Shikamaru continues through missions, exams and increasingly obvious mutual respect. Within the Sand siblings she often feels like the practical middle ground between Kankuro's temper and Gaara's heavy responsibilities as Kazekage.
