The Fourth Hokage, remembered throughout the shinobi world as the Yellow Flash of the Leaf. Minato's speed comes from the Flying Raijin technique, which lets him move instantly between marked locations and turns battlefield positioning into something almost no opponent can comfortably read. Shippuden gradually changes him from a legendary name into a person: Naruto's father, Kushina's husband, Kakashi's teacher, and the Hokage who made an impossible decision during the Nine-Tails attack so that his son and village would have a future.
