HINATA HYUGA

A kunoichi of the Hyuga clan whose quiet temperament hides one of the series' most stubborn forms of courage. Hinata begins Shippuden still carrying years of self-doubt, but she repeatedly chooses to move toward danger when someone she loves needs her. Her stand against Pain is the clearest example: she knows she cannot defeat him and steps in anyway because Naruto is helpless. During the war, Hinata's strength becomes less about proving she belongs beside someone else and more about becoming the person who can keep moving when grief and fear would otherwise stop her.
