Unlike Oolong, Puar completed the full curriculum, allowing Puar to transform into any object or creature indefinitely without a time limit. Puar serves as Yamcha's ultimate hype-cat and executes crucial tactical moves—most notably transforming into a giant pair of scissors to cut off Goku's Great Ape tail to save the world.
